- 30-day notice required to cancel.
- No membership pausing unless for medical recovery.
Drop-In Rules +
- Book in advance.
- Single coached class only — no Open Gym access.
- Anyone can buy one.
- Valid for all classes unless capped, except Saturday 7:00 AM.
- Waiver required before class.
- No-show = forfeited.
- If cancelled 2 hours before class, they can reschedule.
