Conditioning
Intervals, mixed-modal pieces, and longer efforts that train your lungs and your head to stay in it when everyone else folds. Real strength includes what doesn't show.
Skill & Engine
Dedicated time for skill work and pacing. You'll learn to move well under fatigue — and understand your engine instead of guessing every session.

Do I need CrossFit experience to join? +
No. You need effort and willingness to be coached. Every movement is scaled to where you are right now. The Training Evaluation exists specifically to meet you at your current level.
What is the Training Evaluation? +
Three coached group classes over 7 days. On Us. You'll be assessed on effort, coachability, and culture fit — not your fitness level.
Where is CHLKDUP Training Grounds located? +
3307 Charlotte Ave, Nashville TN 37209, in Sylvan Park. Street parking is available.
What makes CTG different from other Nashville gyms? +

Cancellation + Pausing Policy +
  • 30-day notice required to cancel.
  • No membership pausing unless for medical recovery.
Drop-In Rules +
  • Book in advance.
  • Single coached class only — no Open Gym access.
  • Anyone can buy one.
  • Valid for all classes unless capped, except Saturday 7:00 AM.
  • Waiver required before class.
  • No-show = forfeited.
  • If cancelled 2 hours before class, they can reschedule.
