RX Athletes should be able to perform all Crossfit workouts as prescribed. To include: C2B Pull-up, Double DB Walking Lunge (70/50), DB Snatch (50/35), Double Unders, Echo Bike Cals, HSW, HPC (185/125), OHS (Max), Shoulder To Overhead (185/125), Shuttle Runs & T2B.

INTRMDT
Intermediate athletes should be able to perform the majority of Crossfit workouts as prescribed. To include: Chest To Bar Pull-up, Double DB Walking Lunge (50/35), DB Snatch (50/35), Double Unders, Echo Bike Cals, HSW, HPC (155/105), OHS (Max), Shoulder To Overhead (155/105), Shuttle Runs & T2B.

SCLD
Scaled athletes will not be expected to perform advanced gymnastics, or lift heavy weight, but should be familiar with basic barbell movements and bodyweight exercises. To include: Burpee Broad Jump, Double DB Walking Lunge (35/20), DB Snatch (35/20), Echo Bike Cals, HPC (115/85), Knee Raises, OHS (Max), Pull-ups, Shoulder To Overhead (115/85), Shuttle Runs & Single Unders.
