Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase to initiate a return.
Final sale items — including event exclusives, limited drops, and anything marked final sale — cannot be returned or refunded. No exceptions.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Same conditions apply — unworn, unwashed, tags attached.
If you received the wrong item or there's a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and get the right item out to you.
If you ordered the wrong size or color, return shipping is on you. Once we receive the item, we'll process the exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll confirm approval via email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically process within 3–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
