At CHLKDUP, we back what we build—and we stand behind the gear we ship. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it. But we keep it real: returns are on you.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must be attached (if applicable)
• You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase
To request a return:
Email [Insert Return Email] with your order number and reason. We’ll send back return instructions.
⚠️ Final Sale:
All items marked final sale—including anything from the $10 bin, event exclusives, or limited drops—cannot be returned or refunded. No exceptions.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval or denial via email.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Refunds typically process in 3–7 business days
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
If your return doesn’t meet our policy terms, it may be returned to you at your own cost.
🔄 Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item.
🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Why? Because we’d rather put our dollars into premium materials and lasting gear, not shipping labels for buyers who change their mind.
If we sent the wrong item or there’s a defect, we’ll make it right—just contact us within 7 days of delivery.

CHLKDUP is for the committed. For the ones who earn it, not expect it. If something’s off, we’re here. But if you’re hoping for handouts, this might not be your crew.
