Shipping Policy

We ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Preorders, limited releases, event orders, or other special releases may have different processing timelines. Any applicable timeline will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your tracking after the shipping label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact greg@chlkdup.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, we may not be able to change or redirect the shipment.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows unusual delays, your package appears to be lost, or it arrives damaged, contact us at greg@chlkdup.com with your order number and we’ll help determine the next step.

Carrier delays can happen and are sometimes outside our control, but we won’t leave you on your own to figure it out.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors who may have accepted it. If it still cannot be found, contact us and we’ll help you determine the appropriate next step.

International Orders

International shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout where available.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in CHLKDUP shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local carriers.
