Classes run 60 minutes. Show up ready to work. Arrive 5 minutes early — the standard starts before the clock.

Available to Founding 50, 3x/Week, and Open Gym members. Drop-in and 10-pack holders book as a standard class. Book in advance through StreamFit.

The Rules

  • Book in advance through StreamFit.
  • No-show forfeits your class. Cancel at least 2 hours before to reschedule.
  • Drop-ins must have a signed waiver before class.
