The workhorse range for most athletes. Bear-hug carries, over-the-shoulder, and loads you can train week after week.

No. Every bag ships empty, which keeps shipping costs down. Fill it with play sand from any hardware or home store.
We recommend loading sand into heavy-duty contractor bags first, then placing those inside the sandbag. It keeps sand contained and makes adjusting the weight easy.
The size is the approximate max weight when filled with play sand. You can always fill it lighter and work your way up.
On purpose. Without handles you have to grip, hug, and control the bag, which is where the real strength comes from.
Yes. Every bag is covered by a 6-month warranty. If something goes wrong, email greg@chlkdup.com and we'll make it right.
